By accessing or using the Traders4Traders website, purchasing a challenge, or participating in our challenge program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
"Traders4Traders", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Traders4Traders Limited. "You" or "Client" refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our services. "Challenge" refers to the simulated trading assessment program. "Funded Account" refers to the simulated capital account awarded upon successful completion of the Challenge.
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Traders4Traders provides simulated trading challenge programs designed to identify skilled traders. Upon successful completion of a Challenge, participants are allocated a simulated funded account. All trading occurs in a simulated environment — no real funds are traded, and no real profits or losses are incurred.
All fees are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. We accept major credit/debit cards, cryptocurrencies, and selected payment processors. Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
All participants must adhere to the Trading Rules published on our website. Violation of any rule may result in disqualification from the Challenge and forfeiture of any associated fees or payouts. It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules before purchasing a Challenge.
Profit splits are calculated based on the net simulated profit generated in your funded account. Payouts are processed according to our Payout Policy. Traders4Traders reserves the right to adjust profit split percentages based on account performance, longevity, or at our sole discretion.
Traders4Traders does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Our challenge program is for educational and skill-assessment purposes only. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any trading or investment decisions.
Under no circumstances shall Traders4Traders, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traders4Traders and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your use of our services.
All content on the Traders4Traders website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms, engaging in prohibited trading practices, or providing false information.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Traders4Traders is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
